I had a fantastic experience with this company. I needed to get tested for myself and my girlfriend, but I was unsure about which tests to buy. So, I called and chatted with a wonderful guy named Dalen. He took the time to discuss all my symptoms and helped me figure out what would work best for me. Dalen was super patient and polite, and I can't praise him enough. Having worked in a contact center for over five years, I can say he’s a shining example of how a phone agent should operate—truly a gem for the company. He also suggested I call back the next day to talk about my girlfriend’s symptoms with another lovely lady named Margaret, who was just as helpful. Both of them turned what could have been a tough situation into something much easier to handle. Very informative! I went ahead and ordered the home testing kits they recommended, so fingers crossed they arrive soon and everything goes smoothly.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My dealings with this outfit make me think it's a total scam, steer clear at any price, I urge you. They finally sent me my results after nearly a week when I requested a refund, and let me tell you, those results were way off since I had already gone to a different company by then.

While I was overseas, I needed some advice to figure out if a test was necessary. I chatted with Eniel from the Spanish team in Malaga, and he was super helpful in providing all the info I required. Talking to him really eased my worries. Fantastic team, and I definitely recommend them!

They manage to have Trustpilot take down all the bad reviews, which boosts their ratings artificially. I shared an honest and fair account of my experience with this company, but both times, they got my review taken down. Trustpilot really ought to do a better job and verify with reviewers before just taking the company's word for it. In short, I had a terrible experience. I didn’t mess up the tests like they claimed, and they could’ve opted for a different delivery method to make sure the tests got there on time, especially given their high prices. Enough is enough, stop trying to erase my review.

This place is just the worst, a total scam. They wouldn’t give me back my 175 euros after failing to respond about the swab because 'the samples didn’t arrive at the lab properly.' Seriously, don’t waste your cash on them; you won’t see it again, even if they can’t deliver the service because they’re utterly useless. Thieves!

I was in need of testing but just couldn't muster the guts to visit an STI clinic. Thankfully, there's this Everywhere service available. The nurse, Laura, who handled my situation was fantastic; she took my samples and kept me relaxed the whole time. I'm really grateful for the care and support Laura provided. When a couple of my blood samples couldn't be processed (I have tricky veins), Margaret quickly set up an instant test at no additional charge. I'm super impressed with the customer service and can't thank Laura and Margaret enough. I'd totally recommend this to anyone looking to get tested without stepping foot in a clinic.

I encountered a few minor issues with this company. They had assured me that my HIV travel Certificate would be signed by a doctor. However, when I called after the test to verify this, I ended up talking to someone else who couldn't give me a clear answer. Additionally, the Certificate first came without mentioning the type of HIV test I underwent, which was a hassle for my Visa application.

Fortunately, these issues were swiftly addressed once I connected with a knowledgeable and helpful representative, so I've decided to raise my rating. I'd definitely consider using their services again.

I utilized this for my fit for travel assessment. The tests arrived the day after I placed my order. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow for taking the test, completing the certificate request, and obtaining the certificate. Everything went as expected, and I received my certified test results in less than 2 hours after I submitted them.

It would be great if the certificate could be formatted for direct transfer to Apple Wallet, but aside from that, I'm quite satisfied overall.

The test was supposed to arrive in 1-2 days, but when I contacted them, I was told it would actually take 3-5 business days. Fast forward 13 days, and my test still hasn’t shown up. The representative who was supposedly there to help me vanished as soon as I inquired about a refund. In the meantime, I went ahead and got the test done with a different company. They just took my cash and ran.

Dealing with this company is always a breeze. I consistently get my PCR tests on time, and I’ve never faced any problems while traveling to and from Africa. It’s a solid 10 out of 10 for service, and Louise is super quick to respond and send out emails without me having to chase her. They’ve been my go-to since the COVID pandemic began, and I won’t be switching to anyone else. Thanks once more for the hassle-free experience!
